UPDATE!! This issue was never resolved. The owner of this location just blamed it on corporate as to why he can not give refunds on open/used products. He stated that he asked corporate office and they told him to not give refunds on open/used products. This is NOT stated on their receipt. Went to ask other locations and did not have any problems. Also, asked in email to speak to corporate to confirm and have not received a response. This small issue was handled very poorly. Do not buy from a business that can change policies by word of mouth. It’s dishonorable, and not to be trusted.
This location has horrible customer service and do not honor what is stated on their receipt. Went to refund a product with the original receipt that basically states all refunds must have original receipt. A receipt is similar to a contract and what’s in writing should be honored. Read moreI met the owner at the downtown Arlington Farmers market before this location opened. Fell in love with the Texas Chai (sweet tea). He was super friendly and when we started coming here after they opened, I was impressed to see the owner himself working the drive thru standing outside in the hot sun taking orders! I said "You're the owner! You shouldn't be out here!" And his answer to me was "I lead by example, ma'am. If I'm not willing to stand out here in the sun and take orders, then how can I expect anyone else to?" Happy to report that the employees seem to be super happy, have great attitudes, and serve me with a smile. I'm glad to support this.place not just because of the great service, but their teas here are awesome also. Love that they provide flavored unsweet tea!! Read moreHad a coworker come to pick up FOURTEEN teas for a lot of us here at our pharmacy. A woman at the front was very rude to her and told her that it was “self serve” and refused to help her with the drinks and even refused to give her a marker to label it. “We don’t have markers for customers.” After my coworker said she wouldn’t be able to take all the teas back unlabeled without getting confused, the woman still insisted on charging her for ice that she wasn’t even going to bring back. Very disappointed in this service. It’s unfortunate because the teas are good, but not all of the employees seem to be polite. My coworker came back empty handed and upset.
