I took my 3 y.o. grandson today to toddler time and he LOVED the trampolines! An important detail to my review is that toddler time is 9 to 1030 am, prior to opening to the general public (which is also such a great idea!), so none of what I am about to share can be attributed to the day's customers or on anything other than bad management.
My grandson had an absolutely wonderful time. However, everywhere i looked all i could see what how dirty the facilities are, like really, really dirty. I noticed while he was jumping that there were pieces of something bouncing with him. There was a cracker laying inside the screen, so maybe it was food, but every trampoline square he jumped on had something on it and actually alot of somethings. When he finished I saw the hand sanitizer and thought I should put some on his hands, but the dispenser was worse than the floor. So we skipped the hand sanitizer.
Downstairs there are benches where you change out shoes for their required socks. The benches block the opening to 2 rooms immediately behind them and the condition of those 2 rooms alone should cause the Health Dept to close them down for a mandatory cleaning. Maybe they are blocked off because they are dirty....but a novel idea would be to just clean them! Also, the downstairs floors were filthy, not missed a night mopping dirty, but appear that they possibly haven't been mopped in weeks. Again it was 9 am, there should be clean floors at 9 am.
I truly am at a loss. It's such a great facility and such a great resource for parents. I am not exaggerating that they should close to the public until they clean the entire facility. If you go, at least take your own hand sanitizer or wipes with you. And if management doesnt have staff who are willing to clean at closing then hire someone to come in and clean after hours.
I want to love this place as much as my grandson does. It would not be difficult to make this an absolutely top tier attraction. They have all the right stuff, it's just that all their stuff is...
Read moreMy family and I came to launch today for my son’s 12th birthday. We purchased the $99 option and were there a little over two hours. I am a disabled veteran with a prescribed service animal. I was informed that they do not allow dogs inside by a woman with name of Kristina. I tried to politely inform her that the dog was not a pet. I tried to give her a card with the ADA federal guidelines and even went as far to show her my military ID stating that was indeed 100% disabled which I am not even required to do so, however, I wanted to deescalate the situation. She informed me that it was private property and I needed to leave or the cops would be called. I told her to call the cops and she stormed off. There were employees that were even apologizing for her behavior. My wife, my 12 year old, my 5 year old, and my 18 month old waited in the parking lot for the police to arrive. She stormed out and told the police that I “begged” her to call the police and she has people all the time coming in with dogs doing the same thing. The officer rolled his eyes and said “You should spend your money elsewhere.” He also, gave me some suggestions on where I should file complaints. She mentioned she had a service animal and told me that I was required to show proof. I have never experienced anything like this before in my entire life and met someone who is this ignorant when it comes to this type of situation. I have contacted corporate, filed a complaint with the DOJ, and will be contacting WLOS about this establishment violating people’s civil rights. The woman came absolutely unhinged and was even yelling at the employees not to take the card that clearly states the law pertaining to the ADA guidelines.
Looking forward to the “owner” replying to my review. I asked her to give me her information she got in my face and replied “I don’t have to give you anything.” Though she did give me her first name. There is absolutely no justification in her behavior and trying to...
Read moreJumping is great, lots to do. BUT DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!!!!! I NEVER leave Google reviews but I felt the need to. I booked my son's birthday party here (5 kids attended). The package said we get a party host that serves the food and drink, and provides paper plates/cups/silverware. That is completely false. She never served anything and never once smiled. She only came to kick us out at the end of the party three times and we stayed over by 5 minutes due to THEIR lack of service. We would've been on time to leave if they had done their job. They didn't have any serve-ware to serve the pizza that I HAD to serve. They didn't even cut it, I had to have them take it to the back to cut it so I could serve it. They gave me two plastic knives to serve the pizza with. They stated that they had been out of spatulas for 2 days now. Then, I had to ask for something to cut the cake with AND plates to serve it on. Then they didnt even bring forks for the cake, we had to yet again go ask. Then at the end the general manager said there's an automatic 5% gratuity, would I like to leave more? In which, I politely said no because she never served us anything and she said oh I'm sorry but still charged me the $12.70 in gratuity. I will never book a party with this establishment again and I will advise anyone I know to steer clear. They are extremely disorganized and rude. We have had birthday parties at other places and didn't have to do half the work. For the price we paid, we shouldn't have had the treatment...
