Hobby Headquarters Inc. — Attraction in Atascadero

This place has everything I needed to fix my RC. I live out of town and while on vacation I needed parts and help with my RC project. Marlin helped me with all of my questions and got me the parts I needed. I spent hours combing the internet to try to find the correct parts I needed and it seemed impossible to find the information I was looking for. Marlin had expert knowledge that saved me time and money. I cannot thank him enough for his time he took to make sure I had the right parts. It's rare you meet someone that will have that king of knowledge, will take the time to help you and not try to sell you crap you don't need. I wish my local hobby store had a clone of this guy. Staff is reasonably friendly, but they do not stand behind what they sell. Bought a defective airsoft gun, brought it in after 8 days and was told it was fixed, so go use it. Stayed fixed for about 2 days. Brought it back again and was told nothing wrong. Also told that I'd used it too much for them to warranty it, and that I should mail it to the company, maybe they could fix it. Which was odd, because nothing was wrong with it. Then I brought it home and used it for 10 minutes, same issue. $150 lesson learned. Super impressed with their customer service. I called 12 different stores in a 200 mile radius looking for the Kraton 6s. No one had them in stock. Eric was super friendly and offered to take my name and number. He called me the day they came in and offered to hold them if we would go get them the same day.
