Subway — Restaurant in Atascadero

I came in with a coupon for two footlong subs for 13.99. The woman working the counter skipped over me and took the order of a couple regulars behind me, they had to call her out on it before she took my order.

I ordered "the boss" and a titan turkey sandwich. Neither of these sandwiches was excluded on the coupon. The price was higher than I expected. It should have been 13.99 because that was all I ordered. I asked her about it, and she said she changed me extra for cheese. Because of their long lines,I was running late and didn't have time to bicker over two bucks. The cheese she charged me extra for was a fresh mozzarella that came with "the boss" but she changed it to a meatball marinara and charged me extra for the fresh mozzarella, making the subtotal 16.14 instead of 13.99

Terrible service! They seem to hire from the bottom of the barrel these days. Ride young girls who have terrible attitudes, treat customers like they are invading their space. The manager was contacted the first time. The second time, I didn't bother. I just wont go back and I will discourage anyone else I can, not to go there. The second time I went there the "new" girl was actually expressing how disgusted she was with the customers there, who had a baby that was fussing a bit. Bad vibes and bad service. Doing laundry right next to the sudway, but one by one my daughter's need to go the bathroom. When it became obvious the guy is not coming out. In a panic we head in hurry to subway. Knowing the bathroom is for customers I ask for an exception. I was told if i bought a drink. There was one in line and I checked my pocket I realized I had no cash. Me: so your just going to let them just lee there pants. They said nothing as I headed for the door praying the bathroom was now free.
