This is such a great dorm for Freshmen. The Marketplace (like a small Whole Foods) in the building is stellar and makes the transition to college for young Freshmen (and their parents) very easy. Underground parking is good and most SUVs with a topper can fit without issue but the actual parking spots are extremely tight and not long. A 2023 Honda Pilot (with topper) or similar vehicle is fine but a Cadillac Escalade is too tall, too long, and too wide. Also, a truck won't have the turning radius to get into a parking spot. Downside? It's at the bottom of an incredibly steep hill and students quickly learn to hate it. Also, there's only 1 elevator, it is slow, always goes top-to-bottom regardless of what floor has requested a stop, and it's extremely tight getting out on the 2nd floor with a move-in cart.
