Coming here during the weekdays in the mornings/ before public schools let out for the day is the best time to come! It’s actually quiet which a library should be. There are no weird wanna be thug teenagers or young adults swearing wt the librarians doing their jobs and enforcing the quiet rules and no demented people playing their music without headphones.
The staff has always been polite. Shout out to the tall gangly white guy who is so soft spoken he always seems like he’s whispering.

Read moreI am happy that this library is a branch picked to allow Georgia Fulton County residents to vote here. I was able to vote a week ago at this location. All the staff were professional and friendly. I was able to finish voting in 15 to 20 minutes. There was a line , but they were quick. I love that at this library they have more computers to use. They have a quiet rooms you can go in to read. They still look brand new and they rooms are bigger than what they were at their old location ( Metropolitan Parkway area). For a few years as the Internet beamed its way into our homes I wondered if we really needed the library anymore. Now more than ever the answer is still a resounding yes. The Metropolitan Library is a beautiful experience. It is open and spacious, the staff is friendly, and most of the users respect the facility.
