Seoul Flava is the kind of food truck that grabs your attention with its vibrant design and keeps you coming back with mouthwatering flavors. I recently visited Todd, Candace, and Danielle’s delightful mobile kitchen in Denver, and let me tell you — the experience was unforgettable!
From the moment you approach, the orange and red hues of the truck give off a warm, inviting vibe, as if saying, “Get ready, because this is going to be good!” The energy surrounding the truck was casual yet electric, with people already lining up in anticipation of the feast to come.
Let’s talk about the food. I opted for the Korean BBQ wings, and they were next-level perfection. The wings were beautifully glazed in a sweet and spicy sauce, balanced perfectly with that classic umami Korean BBQ flavor. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, these wings were practically glistening — and yes, they taste as good as they look! (Just look at those photos if you need any proof!)
Pair those wings with perfectly seasoned waffle fries and a crispy egg roll, and you’ve got a meal that hits every craving. The fries were golden and crunchy, the kind of waffle fries you can’t help but steal from your friend’s plate. As for the egg roll — it was the surprise star! Crispy, packed with flavor, and the ideal accompaniment to the wings.
Seoul Flava takes comfort food and gives it a flavorful twist, bringing together the rich, bold flavors of Korean cuisine with the satisfying crunch of American-style fried food. The care and creativity Todd, Candace, and Danielle put into their food is clear from the first bite to the last.
So, if you’re in Denver and spot the Seoul Flava truck, don’t think twice. Swing by for a meal that’s bound to leave you planning your next visit. Trust me, you...
Read moreI really wanted to love this food but it was ok. I grew up in Hawaii and have traveled around the globe on work trips and was fortunate enough to experience all types of Asian fusion food.
I think the concept and play on words implies this is Korean food mixed with Soul food. The flavor of the food in my opinion didn’t meet either culture.
The chicken wings only had a dry salt and pepper seasoning nor extra crispy as it would be if it were Korean chicken wings. The shrimp was also fried but were nothing special. This seems more like they were trying for the fusion style you would expect to see in Hawaii with their spam fried rice.
I was excited about the concept but felt like the food didn’t live up to it and while it was ok it didn’t hit the spot and just felt like fried food over fries.
To be fair to this business, I am not saying do not eat here. I’m just trying to inform other potential customers that if they expect this to be closer to Asian food it isn’t. Would I try it again? Maybe but potentially a different dish. The staff was amazing though and that’s why it’s not a 1...

You can tell each plate is made fresh and they care about every single plate that is made. Food came out hot and quick. Also, ordered the Kalbi spare ribs and hot dog soup and both were delicious as well. Will definitely be back and oh make sure get an egg...
