Best brisket I have ever had. I had the brisket sandwich with the hottest sauce and the jerk sauce, with a side of slaw. The sandwich was filled with ample sliced brisket that was juicy, perfectly smoked with a light char. The bun was toasted and held up to the mmeat well.
