This gem in Austin! This is the best curiosities shop I’ve visited in Texas, and I travel a lot! Highly recommend A++++

It’s full of the most incredible array of thoughtful, curated items by a pair of knowledgeable and very friendly people. It’s obvious that they know their stuff. They’ve always had answers to all my questions, and even provided fascinating info that I hadn’t heard of.

Walking through the shop feels like a mini journey through fantastical worlds—it’s so nice to forget my day-to-day stress and just relax while checking out their reasonably-priced curiosities. There’s space to sit down and chill, too.

And their books! I found out on my second visit that they have a cool book club that gives discounts, so I recommend that if you’re a reader like me.

Made a trip to Austin to visit this amazing oddity shop ✨. It's inside a complex, at first I wasn't sure if I was at the right place but then a saw a statue out front I knew I was there! Although in a modern building the interior has a Victorian feel- absolutely love the decor. Be sure to look up and down, and all around there are gems everywhere! My favorite was the staircase- lots to see on the walls. I don't want to give too much away but I will say if your looking for something beautifully odd or a fun novelty you gotta check out this place! I was also intrigued by their Oddfellow items! I was greeted by Frank the owner right away, he is very pleasant and kind individual. This place is truly unique and I absolutely loved it. I went on a Friday and met Consuela who was SO sweet and gave me the low down on some of her favorite oddities in the shop. While the shop is small, they have plenty of beautiful specimens for sale as well as some gorgeous, one of a kind pieces you won’t find anywhere else. Plus, their display pieces are so cool to look at and admire! I want to say I spent about an hour in here.
