US Nails — Local services in Austin

Check with Nick or Victoria...let them know what you need, both of them know their Staff assets. I've been going there since 1997. I've been disappointed only 2 times until yesterday, Sunday September 23, 2018 when I attempted to treat my youngest 3 Grandson's to a Pedicure; I prepaired them.. advised them to just lay back & let the Technician spoil them with their feet soothing in the waves of the current in the water, the angle & lower leg massages...told them to turn on the neck, back & body massagers. Just lay back & enjoy. Their appointment was @ 4:00 pm..I stepped out for a few minutes...got back @ approx. 8 minutes after 4:00 pm. One older Female Tech had emptied the water in one station & the two other female Tech's were drying off my other two Grandson's feet & told them they were done. I told the Tech's no...you're not done...they all said, Yes they are done if no Polish. I paid the same amount for each of their Pedi's as the other two women that were still being treated with their Pedi's who were there when we came. When we were leaving one ladies Tech was just starting to lotion one of her legs. Victoria must have been off & Nick was there earlier when I told them I was bringing my Grandson's back @ 4, but I realized after we left.. I didn't see Nick....I called today to voice my disappointment & that we were cheated, an 8 to 10 minute Pedi ???What??Nick said he had stepped out. The Tech's took advantage since Neither Victoria nor Nick was there. I knew I needed to be there, I had to check on my Granddaughters who were near by cause there were a lot of Officers in the area. $69.00 wasted. If anyone know of Tech's that truly give a much better job to EVERY CLIENT...Pls. let me know. My Grands weren't given the true Service & they weren't too thrilled....

The absolute worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon in my life. I came in and asked for the most simple nails… a French tip square. She couldn’t do that and I decided to just to black so it was easier. Toes were fine, she barely got the dead skin off and rubbed my feet for two seconds. She seemed to be rushing in a completely empty salon. We get to the nail part, asked for square shape. She could not give that to me. She said I talk too much and was too picky, awful customer service. Bad nail techs and now I know why the salon was fully empty when I walked in. I will never be back, this establishment is downright embarrassing. Paid 60 dollars for a bad excuse of a pedicure. Also tipped and was asked to leave. Go make an appointment at...

I have been going here for years and I have never had a problem. I recently just got a full mani and pedi for the Christmas season, something went wrong and my nails started chipping and I ended up being unhappy with the look. So I went in hoping they could do something for me and they gave me a new fresh set with no hesitation! I spend a lot of money here and tip very well and they show their appreciation back! I recently moved so this location is kind of out of my way but I refuse to go anywhere else. they always greet me by name and remember any story I've told them checking up with me about it the next time I come in. love these ladies, nick, and the man I always end up getting!...
