once again aviator hits it out of the park and I'm glad to find this South Austin location much like the one in Elgin dedicated to best salads pizza beer options but I'm going to share some things you should know
It is tricky finding parking here It is a shared parking complex and to be honest there really isn't that much parking to go around so be aware of that
sending out where you park from there depends on the handicap accessibility and getting over the pavement to then get to the door so keep in mind even though there is an outdoor dining area it is tricky getting in and out of here
That's where I would say the one difficulty with dislocation is is navigating in and out of here once it gets busy as the area to put in orders at the bar as a lot of traffic especially since the restrooms are dead tech past where you go to get to drinks which makes it even more tricky to also pick up your order once ready or have it brought to your table depending on if you're heating in or taking to go
restrooms were clean with multiple stalls which I appreciate it Also the ambience of the building feels a lot like the Elgin location
That being said had a phenomenal customer service experience with the crew here but I would definitely say that once again it feels somewhat like you should definitely come here with patience in mind as people come and go quick in between the tables and order area and bar area it's extremely busy with not all that much room for multiple people to navigate in and out of
That being said this location has Wi-Fi and outlets which is a huge plus and I cannot say enough how much I appreciated that
Also they have three TVs have cable access to just about every channel and every sports and everything you would imagine you could ask them to turn it to
have a wide variety of beer and alcohol options to fix everybody's pallet as well as five star pizza options including gluten-free option vegetarian options meat lover options and some of the best darn salads for the best darn Cabernet salad dressing in town I really recommend it but keep in mind if you can outside dining area is great indoor lots of seating just a little bit squeezed for comfort at the bar area where you put in the order and pick up your orders and...

However, the pricing has increased dramatically, especially for delivery, while quality has plummeted. The last time I dined in the whole order was wrong. I'm vegetarian, and both my salad and pizza contained meat. The person I was dining with also got different salad from what she ordered. When we told the waitress, she insisted rudely that we got was what we ordered. I had even confirmed on the iPad checkout screen that our order was correct, but the dishes we received didn't even have similar names to what was delivered to our table. The waitress said she could send a "new" order to the kitchen, but they had gotten busy, so it would be at least another hour until our new order arrived. We didn't have enough time to wait, so we just picked out the ingredients we couldn't eat. A few months later, I figured I'd give them another try. I ordered delivery. It was nearly $80 for one pizza and one salad with extra dressings. Not only did the pizza lack ingredients we were charged for, the salad didn't even resemble what we ordered. It was a tiny clump of romaine, when it was supposed to contain "mixed greens." The two tablespoons of other toppings we paid extra for were crammed in the corner of the box, and the fresh shaved parmesan was only a few shreds from a bag. They also left out ALL of the dressing. I contacted the delivery company and was refunded only for a couple of the sauces. I did not receive compensation for missing ingredients on either the pizza or salad. Just not...

I’m a deaf customer and I called through the phone via interpreter relay service through ZVRS app. I’m posting as April 18, 2020 at 8pm due to a horrible experience that I had with one of your employee that is making me reconsidering about choosing your business. I really love your PIZZAS, and it’s my number one go to places in Austin. I wouldn’t order anywhere. One of your host refused to give me her name so I will provide s clear description of what she looks like. She’s about 5’5-5’9 red head with hair past her shoulder and she’s an averaged size girl with an attitude from hell as if she doesn’t appreciate giving me service while requesting small accommodations for deaf customers regarding about the blue cheeses. I was told that that there would be an extra charge for blue cheese, which I wholly accept and that we would have to order again through online since they don’t accept transactions with CoVid-19 pandemic going on. I asked all of this on the phone, and she just rudely let out a loud sigh and hung up without saying anything bad, then she came outside and just gave us our food while we tried to get her attention. She just blatantly ignored us and went inside.
I will NOT be going to your business again if that girl works there. I will steer clear from this business since the host doesn’t seem to be deaf friendly.
