Dragon Fire Chinese — Attraction in Austin

The other day when I was driving on Congress I noticed Dragon Fire and after looking at photos knew it would be a must try!

Fast forward to today, my family and I decided to order dinner from here. We called in the order and was told it would take about 15 minutes which was no problem at all. By the time I arrived the food was being packed up. I'd also like to mention that the couple running the trailer was very kind!

Something else that I'd like to make note of is that the payments they are accepting currently are cash or Zelle. There are little signs posted on the trailer when you arrive--They also had a note mentioning that they plan to take credit/debit cards in the near future....so do not let this detour you!

By the time I arrived home and we opened the boxes everything was STEAMING and the food was very delicious! We definitely plan on ordering...

I was very excited to try this place because of the great reviews but the food quality was disappointing. The Mongolian Beef & Chicken had tiny tough pieces of meat and was like 80% onions that were also pretty much raw. I got fried rice with it that was dry and had a crazy strong soy sauce smell. My partner got the general tso's chicken which was slightly better but also had tiny pieces of meat and felt a little stale.
