I called in because I had just a few pairs of small gold hoop earrings I didn’t wear anymore but I knew they were all 14k gold and thought he might buy to melt down but wasn’t sure bc it was a small amount and Moran was so responsive and I went in same day! He was so pleasant to work with and you could tell he cared about customers of all levels! He checked them out and verified they were all 14k and even the small amount was worth some money and he gave me a very fair price for earrings I may have just given to Goodwill for nothing!
