Review update: I have the conversation that I had with the person on your website yesterday in screen shots and It was stated you have no return policy at your store and also me wanting to return the bike has nothing to do with the seasons changing at all my husband decided a e bike was not for him and 30 days is the basic return at any eatablishment but obviously not yours I will be contacting the BBB today and I will be contacting my lawyer to see what the next step I may be able to take and I will never recommend this establishment to another person because obviously it is a rip off and wants to take the customers money but not provide customer service.

I love this shop!
