if you are in the bar harbor area, you will cross this park multiple times, across the Geddy's. it is an urban park in bar harbor. green space offers stunning views of the ocean and nearby islands, with a full 180 degrees of natural beauty on show from the northwest right around to the southeast. It’s probably the best view in Bar Harbor. it is a popular viewing point for tourists. locals say- it is a popular viewpoint to watch the Fourth of July fireworks each year. This is such a peaceful spot to look out at the ships anchored in Frenchman Bay as well as the many islands near Bar Harbor. Grab a space on the lawn to relax or have a picnic and enjoy the view.

Beautiful view of the harbor! Adorable couples on blankets, benches, and sitting in the grass. I think I enjoyed watching the families almost as much as the scenery. It's a well maintained small park with restrooms, trash cans, and on street paid parking. Ice cream, donut, and pizza shops are within walking distance. There are also dine-in options, trinket shops, and jewelry shops. The entire street is basically a nice board walk feel :) It felt safe and friendly.

This part of Bar Harbor is beautiful and full of activities to do. Shopping, food, entertainment, and so much more. Our favorite part was sunset where you can sit and relax or go on nice walking paths and even go walk down a bridge where you can be closer to the water and get amazing views. Parking:lots of spots to choose from and even if you aren't right next to the shops, there are many parking spots down the road and only have to go about .5 mile.

Cute, downtown area of Bar Harbor with touristy shops, restaurants, and s public park by the harbor. Great this time of year, because it was early in the "season" (early May) and not crowded. Could walk around without bumping into other people... Laid back and nice, historical area. Enjoyed a walk around downtown after eating a huge dinner at Geddy's, which had a great lobster Alfredo pizza. Had a good blueberry mojito there, too!

This is a cute beautiful park where you could relax. It has a great view to the Frenchman bay. There is nothing much there in the park. Parking could be an issue over the weekends. There is street parking. Great place to chill with friends and family. It well maintained and clean. This park is pet friendly. There are a lot of restaurants and pubs close to the park. It’s a great place to watch the sunset.

Great park to rest at right next to the ocean and watch the boats come in and out of Harbor. Great view of the pier and right next to Main Street downtown Bar Harbor. Lots of open area to play frisbee sit down on a park bench or watch people shopping along Main Street. Beautiful flowers and really well-maintained park. There is no children’s play ground, so be aware. Overall incredibly beautiful!
