To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort on June 9, 2025. What was intended to be a magical celebration for me and my Fiancés 12th year anniversary turned into a frustrating ordeal due to several significant issues and a noticeable decline in the customer service quality I've come to expect from Walt Disney World.
Our troubles began immediately upon arrival when my partner and I were stuck at the gate for 30 minutes, causing unnecessary delays and setting a negative tone for our check-in. This was followed by a prolonged and inconvenient incident where we were stuck outside our room for an additional 30 minutes, room 7286 Ranchos. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time for assistance, we were forced to drive back to the front desk ourselves to resolve the issue.
The most disheartening part of this experience was the very rude service we received from Brock. His demeanor and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable and did not align with the high standards of guest service Disney is known for. This interaction, combined with the other difficulties, led to us missing our dinner reservations, which was a significant disappointment for a special occasion. To compound these frustrations, when we attempted to address our concerns, we were unfortunately sent to the wrong department to complain about our experience, further demonstrating a lack of attention to guest needs.
As someone who grew up in Florida cherishing visits to Disney World, I have always looked forward to these trips, often associating them with significant milestones. However, after this trip, it has become evident that Disney has gone downhill considerably in terms of customer care. The stark contrast between the attentive and caring service I recall from my childhood and the lack of care we experienced during this anniversary stay is deeply disheartening. This visit has left me questioning whether future celebrations at Disney are still worth it.
I sincerely hope that you will take these concerns seriously and address them appropriately. I believe that an experience like ours should not be the standard at Walt Disney World, and I urge you to reflect on how such incidents impact guests who have invested their time and resources into creating lasting memories.
To help us celebrate our next anniversary more successfully at Disney, we would like to request a 2-night complimentary stay in an upgraded room. We kindly ask that this offer not expire until at least next year, allowing us ample time to plan and ensure a more positive experience. We believe this would be a meaningful gesture towards restoring our confidence in the Disney experience for future celebrations.
Note: Made a formal complaint to Disneys complaint email services. It’s been at least a week and I have received no response from customer services to accommodate anything we...

If you are hungry and order food from one of the delivery services say like DoorDash they state they did not deliver to the Casitas. So I met the driver at the newly renovated hotel next to the convention an employee who calked it the Tower Lobby in order to pick up food. There’s a few other lobby entrances so clarify where they’re delivering the food!!
The beds in the Casitas were super comfortable. The rooms were clean and looked as if their were some renovations that were being completed in the last few days of our stay. Up to date appliances with operational improvements. Extra blankets stored on the closet and a safe space for storage that you can lock with your own code. The showers had plenty of clean towels, last minute items like shower gel, a shower cap and QTips. Gift shop was staffed and memorabilia is on display.
Made a reservation for two at The Maya Grill restaurant that served southwestern cuisine. The fajitas were marinated which made them so juicy that I ordered them to be cooked medium rare. I would of preferred to have the black beans and corn served on a side plate instead of being fried on the hot grill plate. A bit skimpy on the steak meat and they just threw a piece of plantain in the rice. It was good though. The CHURROS are really, really tasty with the vanilla bean ice cream on the side. So Crunchy! Lots of people, but not to the point it was unbearable or too crowded to be able to get our food quick before it got busier. The guitarist was very good at making the scenery in the restaurant that much more enjoyable.
The Disney Buses were clean and the drivers were entertaining. The Minnie Lyft Van was about $25 to utilize since we were unaware that we went to the wrong lobby and thought our bus ride had left, but we met right up with our group. The renovated hotel to the right of the convention center is decorated with bright colors and a huge Christmas tree for the holidays. If you get a chance check out the rooftop bar in the tower hotel.
The workers really make the park what it is and they make it so much...
Read moreThis is the worst Disney stay we’ve had. We chose to stay here for a cheer competition. When we arrived we loved the look of the hotel. It’s very pretty and fancy. Then they said your room is in an out building just a few min walk away. They didn’t offer luggage services.
After dragging our luggage across the resort over the river and through the woods, 15 min later we found our out building. The room is just a regular, very small, room. It was difficult to find. There is only one place to eat at this resort and they only serve dinner. We did a mobile order from them the night we arrived and they provided no napkins, utensils, or sauces. We ate with our hands because to walk back over the river and through the woods wasn’t worth it. We felt like animals. The food situation was the worst. If we Uber eat, we have to walk 15 min to the lobby and collect our food. The front desk won’t deliver anything.
After 2 days at the resort we came back to find the room not cleaned for the second day in a row. I called the front desk and they said they only clean every other day.
3 of the 4 keys they gave us didn’t work. And again, not worth walking the mile to the front desk.
And last but not least the shuttle service is more like shittle service. We waited over an hour to get a shuttle to Hollywood Studios and then the one that came was full and we had to Uber. This was the last magical straw. I would never stay here again. Terribly inconvenient, expensive, horrible...
