I ordered takeout for two at 8:01pm. You have to order online. Their online system shows you every step of your order so you will know once the kitchen except your order. It starts working on it. After about 30 minutes, my order still said waiting and had not been sent to the kitchen. We asked the hostess about this. She cannot answer any questions. She can only seat people so she wouldn’t got a manager. Before the manager arrives. I get a text from the restaurant saying that I have been refunded. The manager appeared a couple minutes later and says that there’s a problem because they ran out of one item for the salad which is what I ordered. He then proceeded to tell me that they ran out of some kind of tortilla chip and I’m like it’s totally fine if you have the lettuce, the meat and the basics for the salad just give me the salad. Why would you refund it without talking to me. So he disappears for another 20 minutes Where he finally brings the food out and my salad is in separate containers, but the lettuce is in a small side salad container. I’m talking about a 4 x 4 container and I said to him this is a side salad container. There’s no way this is for a $23 salad. He told me he was not sure what container should come in or what do I need and I said well I need all the rest of the things because the second order was missing the condiments of cheese and sour cream that come with the fajitas; I was missing cheese as well. There was also no tomatoes in my salad and no cucumbers. He goes to the back again after digging through our bags to make sure we weren’t lying comes back another 10 minutes later with the larger salad and are missing condiments and as I was right about the salad well sir, I paid you $80 and you just dug through my bag Like we were criminals and at this point it is 9:03. It was a long travel day for a conference and I was really ready to go. I will warn you to not waste your time here and trust the low reviews on all food review sites. The food...

Maya Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is an exceptional dining destination that earns a resounding five-star rating. My dining experience here was nothing short of magical, perfectly complementing the enchanting Disney atmosphere.

The ambiance of Maya Grill is both inviting and captivating, with a decor that beautifully reflects the rich cultural heritage it represents. The restaurant offers a warm, elegant setting that is ideal for both families and couples seeking a special dining experience.

The menu is a delightful exploration of contemporary Mexican cuisine, featuring a wonderful variety of flavors and dishes. Each item we ordered was a testament to the culinary expertise of the chefs. The dishes were not only delicious but also artfully presented, making every course a feast for both the palate and the eyes.

A standout dish for me was their signature fajitas – the flavors were robust, and the ingredients were of the highest quality, cooked to perfection. Additionally, the restaurant’s selection of beverages, including their signature margaritas, was impressive, offering the perfect pairing to the meal.

The service at Maya Grill is exemplary. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about providing a memorable dining experience. They are well-versed in the menu, offering recommendations that enhanced our meal significantly.

What truly sets Maya Grill apart is its ability to provide an immersive dining experience that reflects the magical essence of Disney. It’s a place where the joys of fine dining meet the wonder of Disney, creating a uniquely delightful experience.

In conclusion, Maya Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is a must-visit for anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience within Disney. The combination of exquisite food, enchanting ambiance, and impeccable service makes it a standout restaurant. Highly recommended for a memorable...

First of of like to point it what I saw from another review, that when we asked about seating they told us about a 45 minute wait, so we went on the app and joined the walk up wait list which said it would 35 minutes and then went towards the quick service area and we figured if we got hungry, we would just get something there. 5 minutes later we get a text that our table was ready and had to start walking back to the restaurant and then were taken to our table and the restaurant was half empty so they had plenty of seats and there was no need for the theatrics of the wait, they just do it to seem like it's somewhere people want to go and eat so you make a reservation in the future.

The atmosphere is nice and very will decorated and they had someone playing live music on a guitar. Our server was also very polite and she even remembered to bring my drink without over where most places forget that. She even noticed I needed a refill before I asked and they even have the better quality recyclable draws rather than the paper ones Disney had everywhere that you end up eating with your drink. My wife even liked trying the flight of margarita she ordered (although she only really finished one of them)

Unfortunately that's where the good stuff to mention about the restaurant stop. I always tend to watch if they will bring you water when you sit down as that is generally a sign of a good restaurant. Here they did not. The food was meh, nothing I'd recommend to anyone. Nothing bad, just not worth it, especially since they are quite pricey. From the appetizers all the way to the dessert, nothing worth ordering again.

I think the quick service had better quality food and is a cheaper option. I'd probably do that unless you really want the sit down experience. Not a place...

Maya Grill is an interesting spot in several ways. The cuisine is Mexican to be sure, but probably nothing much resembling your favorite neighborhood Mexican joint. There are some Tex-Mex aspects with the fajitas and enchiladas for example, but the flavors are more varied and on the whole more Mex-Mex I would say. The guard at the entrance shack (Maya is at Disney's Coronado Springs resort) recommended the enchiladas and did so like a person who had enjoyed that entree many times. We went a different direction with our ordering but I mentioned that because if the enchiladas sound good to you I'd bet they are a really good choice. We started with the Beef Birria Machete. Really unusual...and delicious. Kind of a cross between a birria taco and a tamale. We then split the steak fajitas. Asked for the steak medium rare and it was nicely prepared and good quality. Beans and rice were both tasty. We enjoyed margaritas as well, and the live music (guitar player with a backing track) was an eclectic mix of Disney show tunes, Jimmy Buffett and who knows what honestly. Ambience overall is a strong suit here as the interior design and vibe, along with much of the staff, could definitely have you believing you're actually in Mexico! Pleasant and efficient service. For dessert we had the choco-flan to go. Very good. This was our first visit but I'm sure we'll be back for more before too long. Maybe those enchiladas!
