READ BEFORE YOU USE THIS SERVICE. IVE LIVED IN BAYTOWN MY WHOLE LIFE. I've had an absolutely horrible and terrifying experience here. STARTED OUT IN JULY, we brought my husband's phones here. A brand new phone mind you (still being payed off) through at&t. This phone is very expensive and a storm came and we had issues. When we came back they misplaced it. The guy told us give us a couple weeks and call back. So we did and they told us this again. So then we went up to the store and talked to someone. They said sorry you have to speak to the person who sold it. We came up there two weeks later and same thing. So finally I called myself the guy said sure have your husband come in Sat and we will replace it. We get there and he tried to give us a very cheap phone to replace our expensive phone. We said no and voices were raised. He said come back tomorrow. So we called and were greeted by a very rude cashier who basically said she's been there 5 weeks and never heard of us so we should have got it back in July and said call the cops. Which is outrageous. We're now having to take them to small claims court after two verbal agreements he would replace the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDULANT AND I WILL BE REPORTING...

When they gave the phone back they said it wasnāt just dirt in the lens as they thought (they had taken it apart to clean and see if this would fix the matter) and the camera would need to be replaced, I could bring it back the next day as they didnāt have the parts however. They charged me nothing though they had initially said they would charge $20 to clean it, of course more to replace the camera. When I went to use the phone once I got it back, the Face ID feature no longer worked and I couldnāt hear any calls unless they were on speaker. I took it to a BestBuy and they said the screen had been replaced and a cord severed. I was not told of course about any of that occurring. Then. the guy at the counter when back to find out why it was not applied. he gave me a lot of run around about he would need the phone brought to him and when that was done it was not applied still. So. I went back to him to get my money applied back on my debt card and he informs me that they do not take Metro PC payments. but would not put my money back on my card. He keeps telling me that he needs the phone brought back in to him. I told him that the phone is with my son in Wyoming with my son and it will be along time before he returns with the phone.
