I'm leaving this review knowing nothing will be done about it but here we go... Saturday 950pm we try to order at a stall but no one would answer and as we're waiting the manager ( 5'7 long black braids) gets into her car and drives away so we go to the drive thru have too repeat the order 3 times to assume they have it right only to get to the widow they charge my card give me the receipt and it was not our order and was way over charged so we honk and tell them they have charged us wrong but the boy couldn't seem to figure it out but then after going back and forth to what I assume was the office says ok give me your card again (we think we're getting a refund) he then says no she already refunded you I'm charging you again but for your order... mind you I've not given them the card to put the refund on and they've not given me a receipt showing I was refunded! So I start telling him no no no don't give me my card back your not charging me again until I see something saying I was refunded he still does not give my card back but goes and gets a lady who says I can take a picture of the receipt but I can't have it.... so I take a picture of it and then the boy asks for my card (that he still has as he hasn't given back even though I've asked several times for my card back) then finds it and charges me again anyway, I'm furious by now and told them to give me my card and my food I want to leave, then the manager arrives back to the store again and comes to the windrow doesn't speak to us at all(she should have at the very least apologized) but instead shoves, literally the card and receipt at my husband slams the widow shut more time is passing she then opens the windows shoves the wadded up bag at him and slams the windrow again and stairs at us!!!!! I can not believe they let someone like this manage their restaurant she was so very rude and that's being as polite as I can be, can't tell you their names as not one of them had name tags on but she was the only one wearing a different shirt and with long black braids, on top of being treated terribly and charged twice the food was awful we didn't get syrup or ranch and everything I have said can be seen on cctv but after reading the other reviews I have no doubt nothing will come of this and I'll be calling cooperate first thing in the morning to at least get my money refunded and my meal replaced as I have and will keep all of the under cooked food to return it when there is a ACTUAL MANAGER on duty because they're obviously very desperate and/ or this girl works for nothing to allow her to deal with their staff and customers!!! Ellyna said not everyone can spell wouldn't give me my card back and Daniella the first person we interacted with we told her our order and kept saying what is your order. And saying is that it. I set my card out at the counter and as I did it slide over to Daniella and she freaked out closing the door with my card still in there. That's when ellyna came out holding the card already speaking in a rude tone. Refusing to give the card back. With me asking her to give me my card I don't want to get anything here and I had to repeat it three times because she wouldn't give me my card back. If this was the first time something like this happened I wouldn't have made a big ordeal about it but this isn't the first time we've had issues with these two ladies. We are driving to a different location due to how terrible this experience was. We shouldn't have to travel to a different store to get sonic. This is not how customers should be treated in any way shape or form. I have my own company and I would NEVER treat any customers the way this location treats their customers. I understand good employees are hard to get, I'm a Handyman by trade so I do understand how hard it is to find good employees who will treat their customers with respect. Hopefully you'll take care of your company and make sure this doesn't happen again. I would appreciate a response so that I know this issue is being handled and I can go back to my local sonic without having issues. Read moreContacted corp about the service I received. 2 customers left in front of memeand was given someone else's order. When I asked for a read out of the order, the associate said she would bring me a rreciept after paying. I declined. Got to the front and the entire order was incorrect. Asked for a refund and the manager on duty brought back a blank voucher with no transaction numbers or amount of refund. Asked for an actual receipt and she became nasty. I stated I would not leave without proper documentation and she stated she would call the police. I sat out front talk g to corp and she came out and harassed me even more. I needed a refund receipt and that was all. This employemployee needs to be released as her customer service and management skills are not to sonic standards. I come to sonic at least once a week for burgers for my dogs. Tonight was a 45.00 sale that your people failed to deliver, insulted me.
