What an amazing find! I have lived in Oregon for only five months and drove past this everyday, sometimes twice a day. Only recently within the last week did we actually venture in and did some walking on the nice trails. So calming, peaceful and soothing! Today I went on my first bicycle ride in over a year and it was a bit rough maneuvering my way around. I'm a big supporter of this nature park and will be going there regularly with my son and my girlfriend. The staff is very friendly too, a very clean and organized place. .

Lovely little park, only downside is how loud and obnoxious people were. Some people are literally just walking around half yelling into their phones about work. Idk if nice outdoor areas are just new to a lot of people or if their mothers didn't like them enough to bother teaching them basic manners but there was pretty much no where in the park I could be without people half yelling at eqchother or their phones.

It has is ups and downs. Lots of runners, lots of water puddles that never get fixed year after year. Nature is cool if people are quite but that's hit and miss NOT a good place for birding anymore. Used to love coming here not anymore.

We visited as part of elementary school field trip for 1st graders, so we had guided nature tour for kids with informative details around plants and animal adaptations. Our host was really nice and shared a lot of details that made the trip enjoyable for kids and chaperones alike. Trails are beautiful and...
