A Life Changing Experience! Healing Hands Physical Therapy has a calming relaxation feel. The office is beautifully decorated and is very ZEN. From the minute you walk through the door Michael's friendly demeanor immediately welcomes you with open arms. I truly don't have the words to describe how wonderful Dr. Alan is. Most PT give you excerises then walk away and now your standing around for further instructions. At HHPT the doctor manually works on your problem. He does give you a few excerises to do but constantly checks back. I had tendon surgery and a large cyst removed from my hand. The pain was a level 10. I came to HHPT without exceptations, as I have been disappointed previously at other PT facilities. Dr. Alan takes a personal approach to heal you. Within a few sessions my pain has diminished a bit (not totally pain free) and my hand is getting stronger with each session. If you need PT do not hesitate to come to HHPT. I highly recommend that if you are in need of a great physical therapist consider Doc ALLAN Mendez at Healing Hands On Physical Therapy in BELLEVILLE, NJ. I went to him recently when I hurt my shoulder and his amazing expertise brought me back to 100%. I was a little nervous getting PT due to pandemic but all the staff at Healing Hands On Physical Therapy use all precautions from always wearing masks to temperature checks and very clean environment. Doc Allan immediately made recommendations for me to modify the way I sleep and allowed me to bring in my pillows and taught me how to sleep so it will not cause pain in my neck. He gave me very specific stretching instructions that immediately helped ease my pain and loosen me up. If I could give this facility 1000 stars I would. I am so glad I chose this facility for PT. Dr. Allan is the best. The staff members are so good. This facility has a spa feel to it and it makes you feel even more relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Allan cares about his patients and he is very passionate and delivers high quality PT skills. He uses massage as well exercises to get your body back to 100%. The staff members are so nice and helpful. They make you feel so comfortable.
