Trail is a great way to spend the afternoon... Has a few miles of walking, nice views. I recommend bringing waterproof shoes/boots, because some areas, my feet sunk in and I got my socks/sneakers wet. It is a wetland, after all. If you don't like wet feet, stay on the trail to reduce your risk. :') Please keep in mind if you use the Bellerfields Trailhead parking on your GPS, the parking is limited to like 5-10 parking spaces. We got lucky and found a spot, but there were lots of people parked on the shoulder.

Really pretty and surprisingly natural - considering how urban the location. The mosquitoes, however, were vicious and relentless. I've been frequenting the BACK SCRATCER ever since.

There are about 10 usable parking spaces, and there are a few no-parking spots because they’re in front of a gate.

There is a bathroom here. It’s handicap accessible.

The trail starts about 100 feet to the North of the parking lot from...
