He's great at adjusting my routine depending on what sports I want to build muscle for (skiing!), my personal workout goals, or what injuries/soreness I walk in with. He's really encouraging and patient with me, and does a great job balancing building muscle with increasing core strength and balance. Shaun understands and can explain the physiology of how each exercise affects what muscle group, which means when an exercise just isn't working for me he pivots into a different one that targets the same muscle.

   Read moreI’ve been training with Camie for a while now, and she’s the real deal. She pushes me when I need it (no shortcuts!), checks in when I’m slacking, and she keeps the workouts fun. Because of her, I’m down dozens of pounds, and — maybe more importantly — I finally feel in control of my health.
Camie’s tough but she never comes off as drill sergeant; it’s more like a friend who won’t let you give up on yourself. She genuinely cares about how you’re doing - in and out of the gym — and that shows in every session.
