TKT Playtime Inflata Park — Attraction in Belvedere Park

The park was cool too see and support with it being black owned . However I will not be returning or recommending to other parents . I came in for my daughter's birthday and they have timed jumps . We purchased an hour because they we closing soon . First they make you sign waivers and give all your children's birthdates so they can see how old each child is and they tried to charge the 6 and over price for my 5 year old . Then at the end of the jump they yelled loudly over the speaker when your session ends . No 5 minute warning or nothing , most kids that are playing don't want to abruptly stop playing like that , then my receipt said clear as day that my family's session ended at 8:45 and we were asked to stop at 8:30 I couldn't understand why so the lady printed out her own copy and said "it goes off the time you purchased not the time on the receipt " so keep in mind that we have to find a place to sit and we all have to change into the socks they provide so why is there no grace on the end time of your jump if you have to spend 5-10 minutes even getting set up to jump when you have a family . My final straw with them is I have an autistic son , as I'm helping my daughter change he ran back into the play house and some girl rudely started yelling HEY HEY you have to get out and proceeded to try and act as if she was going to grab my child until I had to stop her and tell her to not lay a hand on him . I was sitting there she could've very easily asked me to grab my son . She just went for him as if him jumping for one extra minute while I put my daughters shoes on was hurting them . They need better training and to understand you could be coming across a special needs child that just doesn't understand . Adults address adults not children

In the response to my review the owner did nothing but tried to justify poor behaviors and sai "I'm just Human " in other words instead of taking accountability for their actions. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but after our experience at TKT Inflatables, I feel it’s necessary to speak up—especially for the safety of other families.

From the moment we arrived, there was no staff presence at the front desk and no clear system for checking in. The atmosphere felt completely disorganized with no urgency or accountability. It was as if customers were left to fend for themselves.

We booked this location for a birthday party. While the kids did enjoy jumping for a while, the way the party was handled was unacceptable. By the time the pizza arrived (after significant delays), we were told we had only 30 minutes to eat, sing Happy Birthday, and handle gifts—all within the cramped party room. The rushed timing felt unprofessional and unfair, especially after we paid for a full party package.

However, the most alarming part of the day was a serious safety concern. After paying for extra jump time, my daughter’s mother and I noticed that we could not locate our child. Naturally, we began searching the bounce areas ourselves. That’s when a staff member approached us and informed us that we were considered a “liability” and were not allowed to look for our missing child.

What’s worse is that there was no urgency from the staff to assist us in locating her. Their main focus seemed to be on their own liability—not on the safety or whereabouts of a missing child. This was absolutely unacceptable and alarming as a parent.

Safety and customer care should be the top priority in any facility that hosts children’s parties and activities. Sadly, that was not the case here.

I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate changes to their staff training and safety protocols. No parent should ever experience...
