The Sleepy Potato — Restaurant in Georgia

My family and I decided to try The Sleepy Potato today and saw on the board there was a 15-35 minute wait. So I placed my order for a Philly Cheesesteak potato at 2pm and placed another order for a 15pc Jerk wings at 2:17. I received my potato order at 3:15 and I asked the cashier how much longer on the wings she said 8-10 minutes because everything was cooked according to order. Why an order of wings and a potato can't be cooked simultaneously I don't know. At 3:45 my second order was finally ready 30 minutes after I was told 8-10 min. By this time other customers started complaining about the wait time for their order and yelling at the cashier. She explained it was only her and one cook on duty on a weekend really! The customers warned potential customers not to waste their time because they would not get their food for 2 hours. One customer called the police because she wanted a refund and of course refunds are not given. This establishment could have at least accommodated their customers who had to wait such a long time for food. I suspect if things don't change with The Sleepy Potato they will continue to lose customers. I can't speak on if the food was...

I am here maybe once a month and usually the service is really good but today was horrible. Clearly today they are short on cooks and the little girl with the sculptured eyesbrows and bad wig told me a lot of orders were ahead of mine. Was quoted 10 min. Okay well thats not bad so i waited. After 11 min i asked how much longer and she immediately told me that they were busy. Ok thats fine but can i get an ETA. after going to the back and cussing back and forth with the cook and talking about me she back out and tells me that he hasnt even started cooking my order and that i can cancel it if i want to. She clearly did not appreciate me asking any questions. I simply wanted a REALISTIC ETA for food. She was rude and disrespectful in front of other customers which was not called for. She was not busy. There was no line. She even had time to check her phone. No need to be huffy. No one was blaming you for the wait. It would be nice to be quoted approximate time for waiting though and give customers a choice or to keep it moving.

The owner energy is A'mazing. Aong with the cashier, they were so welcoming!

I wish there was a smaller proportion option. I had vsg and no way I can eat this entire potato, lol. Maybe make a kids potato or half portion. Just a suggestion.

I got the garlic lobster. It's a little more cheese than I need, but I'm definitely packed with flavor. Evenly proportion ingredients lobster, spinach, onion, garlic, and cheese. I'm not stingy with the food, lol! #10outof10 That liquid gold they drizzle on top is the perfect razzle dazzle, lol!

The sour cream is a pass different taste.

The restaurant is pretty much an in and out spot with limited seating.

Many different tasteful potato options with some other options that I'll definitely try. I love a non-traditional baked potato.
