Vegan Me Please — Restaurant in Belvedere Park

I had a veggie burger and it was gross af. She wouldn’t fix it either . Mind you , I asked her what all came on there . She gave me mushed beans with mayo between two buns (picture below)(you can see my finger print in the mush). First she said she would change it / fix it. She walked to the back and came back up empty handed saying that she changed her mind lol . Attitude trash . No refund and no compensation. Proceeds to go on a rant about being a small business owner and not being able to afford to compensate me . Ma’am the customers come first! And we most definitely can’t afford to be buying garbage between two buns . Proceeded to give away free fries to another customer who said “I thought this meal came with fries. “ she said you want fries ok , went to get them . But couldn’t do anything for me hmmm…. Is it because I’m younger? Had I been an older lady/man maybe I would’ve gotten compensated. To avoid discrimination and bad customer service try out these other vegan alternatives Tassilis , Soul Veg, Slutty vegan . Now that’s real vegan food !! No mushy burgers . And no one will EVER discriminate against you for any reason (I’ve been going to these places 10+ years) and they will make sure you are satisfied as a valuable customer . Unlike...

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. We wanted to call in our order so we could pick it up but there's no number and you can only order from 3rd parties so we went to the location to order. When you walk in it makes sense why you can't call your order in, bc there's no front of house staff. You place your order using the tablet or scanning the qr code. I ordered the chikin' Philly cheesesteak with fries for my husband and oyster mushroom po'boy with fries for myself. I waited in my car while my order was prepared. After about 12 minutes I went back inside and waited. Food took about 15 minutes. Once we got home, we unpacked our orders to enjoy. The food looked good but the Philly was missing the cheese, as least visibly, and the fries were undercooked. Other than those items, the food was delicious. Seasoned well and cooked well. I don't have grilled oyster mushrooms often but they cooked em really well...

I decided to try this establishment after watching a review from that chocolate vegan. I had seen this place pop up on Uber Eats but was unfamiliar with its food. Well, I have to say I am highly impressed. First off, the portion size was awesome. I ordered the oyster mushrooms to go with some sides at home. I ordered the pancake platter to have breakfast the next day since they were closed. I had enough food for two days. I split the breakfast in half and enjoyed it so much. It’s hard to find a vegan breakfast so I will definitely be ordering it again in the future. I love that they did not use Just Egg. The grits were good also. OH— I don’t know where to begin on their banana pudding!!!! It was the best I have had since my vegan journey started years ago.
