If you’re looking for the best croissant in the ATL area, Thomas Bakery has it! I am a sucker for a good croissant. I’m not really a sweets girl but a cream filled croissant will always tempt me! Thomas Bakery does fresh croissants on the weekends but you have to go early because they sell out quick! The baker changes up the flavors and I’ve yet to taste one that isn’t amazing! They are 100/10! So flaky, so soft, so fresh. The cream has amazing flavor without being overly sweet! I cannot say enough good things about them. They offer tons of authentic Caribbean treats and everything always looks amazing! We’ve been multiple times and will continue to go back! The beef patties are so flavorful and fried to perfection. We usually always get those in addition to the croissants. We’ve also tried the cinnamon rolls, coconut drops, turnovers, and tarts. I have frequented this bakery many times. I know of two occassions of being over charged with the haste of the person ringing up my items. I just always chop it up to letting them have a tip. But today it was no mistake, just blatant. The bun is $4. I bought 3. That should have been $12. The person who rung me up instead charged me $4.75 for each bun. When I asked why, she said thats how much it is with taxes...... Taxes are not 25%. I said that was too high and she just handed me my order, said have a good day and walked away. Very rude and dishonest. I suspect she either doesn't know the correct taxes or she sneakily rang me up for a card transaction convenience fee. I am not spending my dollars or gas to go...

5 stars for the bakery! The pastries are delicious and fresh. You walk in and see the guy in the back kneading dough and making said pastries in the back. Not a good place to be if you're trying to watch your figure.

The hot food being sold on the other hand I have to give 1 star. Not sure I'd they are affiliated with the bakery or if they just share the space. I had a chicken roti. No flavor what so ever. The chicken and peas and potatoes were bland. I also tried the beef and rice and beans. The beef had a slight sweet taste and the rice and beans bland. I couldn't even eat it. Why the beef was sweet? I have no idea.
