I brought my daughter here for a meet & greet 2 months ago & met with Kim. My daughter was super excited to start riding lessons as she’s wanted to try to do this for a while and has such an interest in horses and caring for them but was waiting for soccer to end first. Meet & greet went great, so we thought. Was told by Kim to text her in a day to go over schedules & what worked for us for lesson days/times. I texted next day, followed up twice that same week in case she got busy because I got no response. Didn’t hear back so I called. My call was ignored & sent a declined call text of “please text me” so I responded hey just following up, my daughters super excited to start. AGAIN no response after that, now leaving my daughter really upset & wondering why she wasn’t accepted as someone who could ride here.. Absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional. Read moreI’ve tried multiple times over the course of several days to sign my six-year-old daughter up for horseback riding lessons, and I’ve been met with nothing but poor communication. After calling and finally being told to “please text,” I did—only to be ignored or given one-word responses like “Still in camp.” I followed up politely, and my messages were read with no reply. Today, after all that, I received yet another “Please text me” as if we hadn’t already been texting. This level of disregard for potential clients is incredibly unprofessional.
