Wawa — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

EDIT: Just had an experience there with young customers (of the age of around 14-16) harassing myself and others. Mind you, as I mentioned, I get done work around 2am every night and would like to have my late dinner after work. These children were harassing me while ordering food, not a single association acted on their behavior. I continued to tell them to leave me alone. THEN the manager tried to blame me for "responding with negativity" (aka telling them to leave me alone), rather than telling these literally children/obnoxious customers to either mind others peace or leave. I spoke with the associate after the kids had left and I refused to even order at that point because he continued to defend them. Once I got home I was still frustrated with the experience so I called the store and asked for a manager. The same male associate picked up the phone saying he was one of the managers on staff at the time and honestly I do not believe that he could possibly be a manager with how he handled the situation. But I spoke with him and kind of hashed it out, though I still want to express the absolute lack of professionalism in this situation and I do hope that an instance like this doesn't occur for future customers. I will NOT be visiting this location going forward. Again, Sue it great and usually everyone is but that was honestly disgusting and all I wanted was my dinner. 1/10/25

Sue made my Quesadilla EXACTLY as asked which was well done aka burn it, and a ton our sour cream on the side. Not only was she open to the task, but she made sure to show it to me before I left and offer more as I picked up my order. That is the definition of Made With Love. Sue, and everyone abroad the late night crew, are always so so lovely and I go out of my way to come to this wawa when I get done work (1-2am). I've been going there for over 20 years and usually been happy with everything but now I'll never purchase anything from there ever again. Recently a young homeless man has been sitting out front with a sign asking for food. Didn't ask anyone, real quiet, kept to himself and didn't bother anyone. Didn't ask for money, job or a place to live. This wawa called the police, removed him and he was told he would go to jail if he returned! I am absolutely disgusted with this wawa! Many others including myself have been helping him out with food, clothes, etc to make sure he survives this freezing winter! He was soft spoken and a gentleman. Xmas is around the corner, the guy has it hard enough. This wawa should be ashamed of their actions! I'll never buy anything from...

I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich and didn't get anything I ordered on it other than the chicken, bread, cheese and condiments. I ordered it with onion, spinach, pickles and oregano. Those of which I did not receive.

Last few visits, the mistakes have been things I can visually see off the rip and catch while I'm there. Like wrong sizes. However they make up for it if you can catch it and they're very nice about it, which I really appreciate. So that much really is no big deal. I just didn't think I'd have to start opening my sandwiches before I leave now.

Must be something in the air. I haven't had this problem with this location...
