If this is the Ifix on Walton, I called about my phone yesterday, I got a screen replacement from here some odd months ago, the bottom right of my screen became loose about 6-8 weeks later, it slides out of being attached quite often. At first when I’d push it back in it would stay a while and I wouldn’t worry about it but now it’s more of an issue. I spoke to a woman who told me I dropped it and will have to buy another 120 dollar screen from them. Didn’t ask to see it, didn’t ask to reattach the screen, didn’t build customer trust or reoccurring visits with me. As a local Arkansan, I will not be using your store again. Called around and someone said they could easily make sure my screen stay in place.

I called this business, told the issue I was having, without seeing the phone you told me I’d have to buy a new screen. You told me I dropped my phone which I hadn’t and you told me if I wanted it fixed I should’ve had it done within 2 months which I wasn’t informed of when I used this place. I responded again I’m not sure because my screen is fine and works fine it just becomes loose sometimes in which you doubled down on it being dropped and broken and that I needed another screen and finally at the end of the call you said you’d need me to bring it in, which at this point I don’t trust anything you’ve said because you’re telling me I’m going to have to spend 120 dollars upfront without knowing the issue. Read moreMy wife brought her apple watch here to have the screen repaired. They told her it would be $170 to fix it and would be done in a day or two. After waiting a week she decided to call and check to see if it was done, at that time they told her they hadn't even touched it and it would be at least another 2 days before it would be done. When she checked back 2 days later they told her that the accidentally broke the watch and had to send it to Kansas City to be repaired. They told her it would be at least another week before she could get it back. Another week passed and she had to call them again to get a status report, this time they told her that the place in KC was unable to fix it and all the would be willing to do it give her $100 for breaking her watch. They were disrespectful all through the process and never once called her to follow up on the status of her repair. I would not ever recommend anyone go to these guys. Read moreI was very impressed with the service and care that I received at Iphix from GR today. I bought my iPhone from Best Buy four months ago and my exterior camera quit working. Best Buy ran a diagnostic and told me the camera was broken and that Apple would not honor the warranty because my phone was to scratched and damaged even though the scratches are tiny and what I would consider normal wear. Best Buy told me it would be over $200 and I would have to send it off to Apple to have it repaired and that they don’t even have the parts right now to get it done. GR was able to replace the exterior camera for me in 15 minutes for only 80 bucks. GR also noticed something was wrong with my screen not recognizing my fingerprint so he just replaced it for free without asking me and also added a screensaver which I did not have on the phone when I brought it in.
