I recently took my 3 grandkids to dinner here. I ordered the grilled cheese & tomato soup combo - YUMMY! When we 1st walked in, there was a young lady behind the counter who did not greet us & seemed a bit "lost". Perhaps it was her 1st day, I'm unsure. Having 3 young kids with me, I grabbed a laminated menu that was on the counter & sat down @ a table to see what the kids wanted. The place was EMPTY except for 1 table of ladies. That surprised me after reading the reviews of how good the food is! After scanning the laminated menu, I noticed there was no kids menu. I went up to the counter & asked if they had a kids menu & the same younger lady said yes, handing me 1 only. That surprised me as it was 1 of those kids menus that had activities on it to keep them busy. No crayon or anything was offered. Later on, my grandson went up to the counter & asked for 1 as well as a crayon. A very kind man was @ the counter now & handed them to him. After getting everyone's orders together, I went up to the cashier & was shocked that dinner for myself & my 3 grandkids was almost $40! Wow! Maybe the prices are what keeps the place from being busy. I was SHOCKED to see that the portion size of my youngest granddaughter's dinner was the SAME EXACT size as my Adult's. It was a bit cheaper but the same in every other way. I didn't quite understand that. We all enjoyed our meal but the kids were still hungry so I ordered gelato for us all. Another $16 for those. Ugh. So here I am, paying over $56 for all 4 of us. While I loved the food, I would have rather had a pickle spear than a cookie w/ me but it's not an option. We all enjoyed the food but it does seem pricey & the young lady at the counter was not...

Terry: I came in to order to go food on Saturday morning. I placed my order: bacon breakfast sandwich, kolache, and granola. Waited a few minutes and the workers brought my friends order out (a breakfast sandwich) but added my kolache and granola to her bag. I then checked to make sure that they were still making my sandwich since they placed most of my order with her order. The new girl who waited on me said yes that they were making it. We wait for another 10 minutes and still no one has brought out my sandwich so my friends husband goes to check on it. I waited another 10 minutes for the sandwich (I felt like the kitchen was not even aware that I was waiting on it until we asked again) and finally they bring out my missing sandwich. I walk out to the car and realized they gave me a sandwich with just egg on it, i ordered bacon, egg, and cheese. I then had to go back inside to tell them the order is wrong. The employee tried to say that I didn't tell her I wanted anything else on the sandwich when I knew that I specifically told her exactly what I wanted, which wasn't a plain egg sandwich. The kitchen made me a new sandwich that was out in 3 minutes. Overall it took three tries to get my food right and over 30 minutes of waiting for what was supposed to be a quick in and out. I understand new employees make mistakes but it was a pretty ridiculous experience for me. The manager on staff came out when I came back in and apologized but the girl waiting on me and another girl in your kitchen (blonde hair) were both rude when I came back in to ask them to give me what I ordered...
