Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been going to abc for years; since 2015. I honestly liked it better when Tony was working there. I have had 2 sets of headlight/ballast put on my Chrysler. No issues there. But today I went in to have the ballast removed. I told them this was the reasoning for my headlights being able to turn on but not stay on. They looked at me as if I didnāt know what I was talking about. I know my issue was the ballast because both headlights (hid and led) needed them in the first place (they tried installing them Both times in 2015 and 2018 without the ballast and the headlights would come on but not stay on). Thus me stating that I know they needed to be removed for me to return to stock headlights. Well they removed the ballast and broke my right headlight which was working when I drove the car there. Then proceeded to tell me that this was the reason my headlight was not working. lol like it funny how itās not working now that yall have touched it. The headlight was brand new as I stated I got hid in 2015 1 week after I hit the car, so these stock headlight have been put away in storage untouched for years. Bulb wasnāt frothy looking or burnt out nor was the actual bulb touched or dropped. The coil was broken when they returned it. No figures right. I came back to complain about a car stereo I bought from them, and they said they do not accept returns because the stereo is already installed. I told them they should have specified that, and they told me that I did not ask and it was in the bottom of the receipt. I told them nine times out of ten it is the businesses responsibility to inform the customers whatever policy they have, most especially before they perform the task. The stereo was okay, but the downside was the responsiveness. He then tried to tell me it's better with the remote then it is on the touch screen, it should not matter because both the touch response and the remote response should be about the same. Not to mention the random skipping in playing music through Bluetooth, and then the AUX port was not playing even one of friends volume was on max. They are all good people, the policy should be a lot better. They should also have a window in which we should have the option to either return or exchange a product, especially if we are not satisfied. Customer...
