Okay so The Kemmerer Museum of Decorative Arts is INCREDIBLE The Attendant told me that it was built and designed out of three homes and there's just a numerous amount of exhibits ranging from a Victorian remake of a bedroom, tearoom, & office to a sports memorabilia, all the way to a dollhouse and youngster playtoys exhibit. Read moreI'm an art nut, but decorative arts aren't usually my thing. However, I thoroughly enjoyed this museum! They have traveling exhibits - Summer 2024, we saw one about Bethlehem's hotels - and it was really interesting.
Our docent was a delightful grandmotherly woman, and she told us about EVERYTHING in the museum. It's clear she loves what she does, and that's the kind of person who makes the best guide.
