Moravian Museum of Bethlehem - 1741 Gemeinhaus — Attraction in Bethlehem

Our tour guide was so proud to be Moravian, and it showed in her telling us about her people and the building!

I do have to say there were a few facts on the tour that happened to be downright incorrect (like Saxony is in the south of Germany), but it didn't hamper my experience at all.

Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and can stand for long periods of time. There are seats in the first couple of rooms but not really after that. The hard wood floors can make your calves ache if you're not...

We had a guide that took us through the whole thing and she was very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely at the very least interesting to hear about a group of people who lived life in an entirely different way (Moravians). This museum is worth a try if for nothing other than some bar...
