This abuts my house so I go all the time, and am grateful for it. It's big enough to do about 45 minutes of walking without having to repeat a path. In spring or after a lot of rain there are a few water features, enough to let my dog cool down and get a drink if not swim. There are a few little hills which gives it pleasing variety. I usually walk my dog off leash and others do as well, though there's good etiquette about leashing when you encounter others or checking first.
The reason I give it 4/5 is maintenance. The trails themselves are fine but can be overgrown (like through the sumac forest bordering the wetland). Not blaming anyone as I know resources are scarce for this sort of thing, but do keep an eye out for poison ivy and green briar at path edges.
