Very good place to visit with your family and do fire in centre and sit around it on the tree branches that they already arranged their for everyone. People relax and some people barbecue some stuff on the fire too, and look at the beach, nice cold air. But only thing that is bad is same green plants I don't know if they r fungus, algae or some sort of sea weed green plants in Beach water, I wanted to swim but I couldn't because of it. They need to clean that, cause I step on it and fell too, it's very...

What a beautiful waterfront and beach! We stayed at an RV park very nearby. We visited this location several times. Really fun at low tide. Our 3 year old grand daughter had so much fun discovering shells, rocks, driftwood and seaweed along the beach. Several restaurants were just a walk across the road. Go early, because beach parking fills up quickly. If you feel like ice cream, visit the C Shop. Salted Caramel was our favorite. Espresso ice cream and chocolate ice cream were...

Most of the beach north of here is private property. Beach has signs that say to stay off of vegetated area for restoration, but does not make it a good beach to walk on. Rocky, plants, not much sand...the main place to walk is along the highway on the asphalt, which isn't really what I was hoping for. Bummer that this whole area, including parks in Northern birch bay, is mostly privatized and inaccessible the the...

Birch Bay Beach Access - North Entrance is a gem if you can secure a parking spot. Being right next to the water, it offers fantastic views from the comfort of your car. It's a fantastic spot to relax and soak in the coastal beauty. Just be prepared to scout for parking, as it can get busy, but the views are definitely worth it.

There's not much here, but the lack of development is part of the appeal. There's a trash can, a sea wall, and a few steps down to beach and that's it. At low tide, you can walk out seemingly forever, and at high tide you can sit right at the waters edge and relax as the waves gently roll in to the seaweed-strewn shore.

Beautiful, calm beach. Water is surprisingly warm (similar in temperature to Cancun a week ago).... At least in the summer? 🙂 Lots of tiny ocean life. PERFECT for explore time with the kids or just a "long walk on the beach". The sand here is very different. Feels therapeutic on your feet.
