I went to see Cash'd out here the other day and hadn't been here for roughly 18 to 20 years. 18 to 20 or so years ago my grandmother and I took my daughter and her cousins here. There was a real sweet older couple running the place back then. They had the go carts, train ride, and mini golf back then. The kids had a great time. What I remember most from back then is all the gross, moldy stuffed animals were outside as decorations in the woods during the train ride. They looked creepy and they needed to be thrown out. It gave horror movie vibes in my opinion. I was glad to see that they were gone when I revisited the location 😂 I was absolutely blown away by the way it had changed since I was last there. Mostly I was so happy to see that who ever took over the property did that sweet old couple justice in the way they have fixed it up. my sweet grandmother is passed years ago now and I'm sure the elderly couple likely has gone as well, but thanks to who ever took over the property I can see that the old couples dream is still alive and well. Better than ever. Thanks for honoring their dream.

My family have owned our place at Latitude 49 since 1994. Different changes and people come and go. This is our escape from reality home. We miss it alot since not being able to visit since Covid. Once the border opens, and its safer to visit. We cannot wait. We love the pool, Hot tub, long walks around the perimeter and over all its...

This is a private resort for owners. We have family who live here part time They got to use the facility for an anniversary party. It was lovely. Not sure if these homes, mostly Park Models, can be rented on a vacation/temp basis or not. Would be a sweet place to be if that was possible. Walk to Birch Bay and all the fun...
