Dzire Bar And Lounge — Attraction in Birmingham

This is my second time since opening to visit D’zire. Everyone from my experience was friendly with good customer service. The vibe, ambiance and atmosphere is always great especially the patio area where cigars and caping is allowed with your drinks. They even have a step up from the majority bar when it gets chilly the roll umbrella heaters out to be sure guest are comfortable.

Tonight I only had one complaint which was the drink I had. I ordered a Teramana Reposado pineapple and lemonade. a 6oz glass was served to me precisely half full. $13 for 3ozs of a shot of tequila and a splash of pineapple no lemonade and light ice is definitely disappointing.. great place to vibe and I’d love to come back but some bartenders should go through mixology training for better drinks especially...

AMAZING Atmosphere, customer service and drinks! The owner is black and it's ran as a professional FAMILY OWNED business!

Bathrooms,bar and tables were always clean and fully stocked! They all work together, fast, focused and attentive even when super busy.

I've watched from afar how they all work together, communicate well, clean and check on everyone. Hookah specials are nice too and lots of patio space, a large back area for parties, great dj's and TV's. 10/10!!!

No kitchen, but they often have food trucks and you can bring the food inside or have outside on the patio when the weather is nice, fans and heaters too, lots of parking space, professional security and it's 25 and up with a nice diverse crowd that's dram...

Rude and aggressive staff who insult you right in your face. Me making a gaff ordering should not be a source of amusement for the bartenders. I was dismissed by the bartender, so she could yuck it up with her colleagues. Not unexpected when dealing with my fellow melanated people.

Should have went to Plum and paid the entry fee. I guarantee I would have had a better time.
