We booked their DJ and limo service for our wedding. Gave 2 stars only because the DJ rocked and was super friendly and accommodating.

What was good: Even when the younger people wanted dance music early into the dance they approached us to make sure it was OK to put it off until the older crowd had left. After that point they really had the dance going and everyone talked about how much fun they had.

What was bad: They are pretty unorganized. I booked early to make sure we got a spot since we had a June wedding and they are pretty popular here in town. Well my fiance had ran into them at a bridal show and decided to confirm our booking. They had no record of being booked for that weekend. So I had to send her a picture of the cashed check and they found the contract tucked away, so they received everything but forgot to put us on the schedule. Once that was squared away she also told them to add limo service to the package because at the time I signed we weren't sure if we wanted that or not. Well again, two weeks out, I called to confirm and once again they had no record of us having a limo with our package. I will say they were quick and easy to get it added though.

What was the worst: Our limo driver was a total jerk. Our two younger brothers in the wedding party weren't 21 and he said either our cooler can't come on or they can't come on, but I have been on plenty of party buses with them and that was never a rule, nor was it in the agreement I signed shortly before we got on. Plus, who puts a newly wed couple in an ultimatum like that? Then, when we went out to the bus one of the groomsmen we're standing outside and he proceeds to rip into him for opening the door from the outside, even though he told him he didn't. He then calls him up to the front later to yell at him again! Turns out later it was a different groomsman that opened the door but he still didn't offer an apology for berating the other..

I have spent at least 25,000 in this store in DJ equipment, Not once have they offered to help me haul stuff out to my truck in 3 years... I think i made 6 trips one time, The kid sat on the computer and watched me.

In 2016 I had a speaker that needed to be fixed asap, they sent it to some person in Bismarck to get it fixed I had to wait at least 7 months to get it back, and when I got it back it was still unusable. I refused to purchase another 500 speaker from the store. I had it shipped that day delivered to my door the next day.

Recently 8/18/2018 I had another speaker with a blown internal cone. I dropped it off to get a replacement speaker, was a little iffy having them fix it again because of what happened with the last speaker i had fixed, but i was going to give them the benefit of the doubt! Sure enough i picked it up on a Friday afternoon, need it for a Saturday wedding. The speaker sounded like complete trash. Its internal amp is cranked so high its unusable. and like i said before this is the SECOND SPEAKER

I'm not the person to ever write a review and complain but i'm sick and tired of paying for a repair and it not getting fixed the correct way. The owner Pam is completely off. We had booked their DJ and limo service for our wedding night, however we had requested not to have Pam as our DJ because of other brides complaints about her lack of professionalism. Well that should have been my first red flag. But we were told it wouldnot be a problem. Well turns out it was a big deal, Pam called us and confronted us and asked for an explanation as to why we didn't want her. Well we were busy at the time, thus we told her we would call her back later, and to be honest I was a little shocked that she was even calling. Then a couple weeks later she sends us back our contract with a letter stating our contract for our DJ and limo service has been cancelled.
