Nothing spectacular about the food we ate. I didn’t like the big chopped stalks of asparagus in my creamy pasta. Our server was slow in hearing and understanding our orders which is interesting considering the place was quiet when we came in. She had to come back and ask my son three times what drink he wanted. She also had to ask twice what desserts we wanted. One of the crew had to help her put the order in. I always like the lobster bisque here and the appetizers are usually good. Dinner menu is rather underwhelming. The desserts could do a little finesse. I like the vibe in this restaurant and had recommended this to some of my friends but the last visit I had (which by the way was on my birthday) was disappointing.

Visited this steak restaurant for the first time and had a pretty decent overall experience. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. The presentation of the food was impressive – everything came out looking well-prepared and thoughtfully plated. As for the food itself, the taste was okay – not mind-blowing, but not disappointing either. One thing to note is that the meat had quite a bit of sauce on it, which might not be to everyone's liking. Some may find it a bit overpowering, depending on personal preference. Despite that, I’d still recommend giving this place a try, especially for the service and presentation. It’s worth checking out at least once if you’re in the area.

Recommended by a friend. Suggested a tasty drink from Laughing Sun Brewery next door, followed by lunch at Bistro 1100. Did not disappoint. My waitress suggested the bruschetta burger lunch special - 10oz of beef smothered in aioli with thick-cut bacon on a toasted bun (I forget what kind). Most burger patties taste similar, but this one was flavorful and smooth as BUTTER - not grainy like some. Awesome service and a great atmosphere.

Disappointing...Went here for anniversary dinner after viewing the menu online thinking it would be one of the classier places in Bismarck/Mandan. Dining room was pleasant but slightly tacky with its Grecian/wine country decor. The dried floral arrangements could use some dusting (sinuses plugged up the moment we walked in) and the "art" consisted of poster reproductions of the real thing. Wait staff seemed a little too casual in their service/delivery, like would be more appropriate for a large chain restaurant. Also, noticed other patrons were comfortable wearing their cutoff jeans and ball caps, so maybe It just isn't the "fancy" place I had expected it to be. But given the menu and price point, I was expecting more of an upscale restaurant. I ordered a pasta dish which I was not impressed with. It just tasted like noodles with a bag of steamed veggies straight from the microwave dumped on top. The shrimp wasn't much bigger than salad shrimp. The menu & descriptions of the food aim to be impressive with its $54 lobster tail and its $20 corking fee. It just didn't deliver on that impression. But I think with some changes it can still get there. Still looking for that great upscale dining experience in Bis-Man to go to for a special occasion. Sadly,...

The menu is centered primarily around seafood style dishes but there are steaks, burgers, and pizzas available. Complimentary free bread is offered at the beginning of the meal. The 30$ steak I ordered was overcooked but still delicious. The prices are higher than other restaurants in town but I cannot speak for the quality of the food as I don't know. The kitchen made an error with my husband's meal and had to remake it. They apologized but he had to sit and watch the rest of us eat while he waited for his food but they were fairly quick as we came in at a slower time. The waitress was very attentive but continuously reached over our food as we ate. The adult beverage list was disappointing to me but they offer a variety of different wines on their wine menu. No other drinks were advertised but there seems to be a full service bar. Overall, we did not feel a meal for three was worth $100 here but I feel people should try it...

Went there for lunch over the weekend; we usually do the burgers which are amazing, but this time, we decided to try the breakfast specials. They did not dissapoint. Great food and service. I will start with the positives. First off the service is outstanding. The waitress was very good and answered every question we had. The other thing that brought it up another level was the person that was in charge of refilling water. That is something all restaurants should have. Hats off to that young man. Now the food. We ordered the bruschetta, which honestly was a disappointment. There are other restaurants in Bismarck that have brought their bruschetta to another level. Main course was the lamb chops and also the lobster bisque with a salad. The lobster bisque was the star of the show. Great flavor, thick with a great amount of lobster. The salad was...
