Bottom line: These guys are the real deal, they are willing to listen and educate and they make the process painless.

I swapped my old motherboard out of my low end gaming PC that was around 6yr old, new RAM, power supply, CPU, and later a video card. Not long after my PC started randomly shutting down. It would stay dead but randomly come back to life. I swapped the board and CPU out, AGAIN. Then i swapped the power supply out for a beefy 750 watt Corsair. Ran like a champ for a bit, then SAME problem. I was about to lose my mind.

A local company didn’t seem to be interested in helping me figure this out so i reached out to Computer Ties. Andrew listened to me on the phone and worked through the history with me patiently. I came in confident they would do a good job and they did.

They found the risers from the old Mini ATX board still in place and causing instabilities which made the PC shut down as a precaution. I appreciate that they didn’t call me a dumb dumb.

The men here are some of the most knowledgeable and definitely the most friendly people I know. They built a custom gaming computer for me that is incredible. I've gone back to them for parts, service, and they always treat me as if I'm the only customer they have. I have been able to call them for suggestions, advice or a minor issue I am experiencing and I have never had to wait for a call back while they looked something up or asked someone else. Whomever answered the phone knew the answer. Their prices are quite reasonable, but in all honesty can probably be obtained cheaper someplace else for some items. Take it from me I've been there and done that on a previous system I owned...you're going to get what you pay for. I will go no where else even for accessories like cables etc. I may spend $1-$2 more for the cable, but I walk out KNOWING I have the right one, and that I couldn't have gotten better care anywhere else...

I had an issue with my old PC and the parts were old so I decided to just build a PC from the ground up. I've built computers before, but for some reason I was having issues this time around. A friend of mine recommended this company and man was I impressed. Chris was the guy I was primarily working with, but the other two gentleman were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They all were very personable and gave great customer service. I'm very OCD about cable management and the little time I gave Chris, he did the damn thing lol. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. I love supporting GREAT small businesses especially during these hard times....
