I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. They are very unprofessional, lack luster in their work ethic and sell you subpar products at extremely high costs. If you’re reading this post while considering doing business with them, please do yourself a favor and run the opposite direction.

I went to their shop in August 2020 to do a complete LED conversion of my front and tail lights. I spoke to the owner (Throng), who started working on my car but kept getting verbally frustrated with the installation. He didn’t have all the bulbs available and assured me that he’ll order the rest within days. I went back a week later but he had his other installer work on my car, which was my 1st red flag. I figured since he started the work on my car, why not finish it! Now you have another hand working on something you started?! I kept my thoughts to myself as the new tech finished working on my car. 2 days later my headlights went out. I went back to Throng and explained the situation, he claimed I needed digital ballasts instead of the ones he sold me, (2nd flag you’re the professional should’ take you know what type of ballast I need) so I paid the up charge and switched to digital ballasts. I have been back and forth to his shop atleast 5/6 times since, each times another excuse given. I finally got sick of him and took my car to another shop last week (March 2021) and bought a brand new LED set and haven’t had a single problem ever since. Throng gave me a laughable 3 month warranty on the subpar set he sold me when in contrast the new shop I went to gave me a 2 year warranty on their product, go figure.

If you REALLY love a stress free life, DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH T&D. I promise you will regret it. They’re unnecessarily rude, and sell subpar products at premium costs. Once I was the first customer in line and waited 2 1/2 hours before anyone said anything to me. I finally spoke to one of the techs who told me that they were very short staffed due to various techs calling out. Throng knew exactly why I was there but never said a word to me. I should have read the other reviews first, bad in tent and alarm and also speakers. D&T are simply Unprofessional, very rude, very expensive, they will tell you the are using a different kind of tent but they lie , the one the use is the same 100$ tent guys use is called “Express “ and the whole roll that can tent 2 SUV’s will cost with the shipping 49.99$ Then they will tell you you have life time warranty but that also a lie , i cane back after 3 days only 3 days , They said keep the windows up for 3 days , so when I cleaned my car and i recognized the very bad tent , i went back and the guy said this is not our mistake, he was very rude, then after spending 3 hours there he said come back tomorrow, next day say I know I told you come back tomorrow but I can’t today cone back tomorrow, After 3 times he never fixed it , i went to another place and they fixed it for me fir 1/2 the price I paid T&D

The worst costumer service ever and fake warranty They will tell you the will put things in your vehicle however they won’t allow you to see what they putting or doing because then you will know the rep-off you getting It’s good I didn’t do my lights or my remote start with them They asked for 450$ for the remote start, it was goid i went to someone els , i git the sane exact one fir 250$ and i didn’t have to wait fir more than 1 hour total With T&D you need to leave your vehicle there because they will force you to stay to show ppl that they are busy, and another thing be aware if things you leave in your vehicle, just saying

May 5, 2020. Nope nope nope. I would never take my car there to get any workd on my car. I am trying to get my window tinted and it was the closest place to me. I only passed by but from the looks of the place everything looks very unprofessional. Crowded. Employees look like they don't enjoy their job.
