I recently had the pleasure of visiting a Vietnamese pho restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. The combination of a flawless broth, tender meat, and impeccable service made it an unforgettable dining experience. Allow me to share my review of this remarkable establishment.

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted by the enticing aroma of simmering spices and rich broth. Although I opted for a to-go order, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my order was prepared with care and packed perfectly for transport.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the pho broth. It was evident that great attention had been given to achieving the perfect balance of flavors. Served at the ideal temperature, the broth was comforting, aromatic, and infused with layers of complexity. Each sip was a delightful journey through the depths of Vietnamese culinary tradition. Whether it was the subtle notes of star anise or the robust essence of beef bones, every element harmoniously came together to create a truly exceptional broth.

The quality of the meat in my pho was equally impressive. It was evident that only the freshest cuts had been used, as the slices were tender, succulent, and bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous, ensuring that I left completely satisfied.

Furthermore, I must commend the restaurant for their impeccable packaging. Despite being a to-go order, the pho was carefully packed to preserve its flavors and prevent any spillage. The condiments, including bean sprouts, basil, and lime, were thoughtfully packed separately, allowing me to customize my pho to my liking at home.

I stopped by today hoping to dine there. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. when I came in I was informed that they were not taking any more diners and the only option was for takeout. The door signage says they are open until 7:00 p.m. but beware that they will not seat/serve you after 6:30 p.m.! In reality I actually got there at 6:10 p.m. but I had to wait in the parking lot to be able to park my car. Parking is very limited there and people tend to just leave their cars wherever they feel like it blocking other cars in and make it impossible to park. .... I originally left 3 stars because their pho is good ... But poor customer service has been ongoing .... And their response to my review shows through clearly. Particularly since I have timestamps that can prove my post true. We have watched the front staff on several occasions be rude and discourteous to other clients there dining also. I think that younger Generations have not been taught what good customer service is and not been taught how to be respectful which is very unfortunate because I'm sure that the owners are great people and they provide a very good product but with bad front help - businesses...

Sadly, the vibe has changed since the ownership shift. The food is still good, but the customer service has taken a turn. The young woman who takes orders and checks guests out was very short and dismissive, then oddly ended the interaction with a “Happy New Year” after being rude. There was also loud banter between staff, which took away from the atmosphere. I’ve been a loyal customer since this place opened, and experience matters a lot to me. I couldn’t help but feel a noticeable difference in how guests were treated; very warm and chatty with some, but curt and unwelcoming with others, which felt biased and uncomfortable. I would expect a more welcoming and considerate approach across the board…. If you see this, you know exactly what is being communicated to you but no need to go any deeper,l however please kindly check yourself. Bring back the good vibes. It used to be much more pleasant here, and that’s disappointing. I must change my review from a 5 star to a 1....
