Iwas there for the first time for Lunch today and went to the restroom to wash my hands as I started to pump the soap on my hand I did 3 pumps and smelled that it was bleach one of my friends told the waitress and brought me some wipes my hands started to burn and itch I told the manager as he was switching to the right type of soap. As a GM that I was at a food service shop I don’t think it is professional to try to blame another company I doubt that if whom ever takes care of their sanitation would make that mistake that was an employee that put that by mistake I went there for Lunch and it is 6:00 pm and my hands are still itching the manager took my name and said that someone would call me until now no call and my hands are still numb he asked me if I wanted to go to the hospital and I said no because I was working so he offered to write down that I didn’t want medical attention also the sopa de res was the worts I have ever had too much condiment the waitress said that the manager gave us a discount which was about $4 that was hilarious and I proceed and paid the bill but by far the worst place have been. Do not pay with your card if you go to this restaurant. I came in ordered $17.00 of food left happily only for a couple more minutes to pass by and I get another $30.00 transaction from Zulily. What a coincidence that after I give the waitress my card and she takes it in the back I start getting unknown transactions on my card from a female online clothing store. To add insult to injury one of the waitress in front of her manager tried to step to me on behalf of all the waitress that I “so called” insulted bc I went back to ask if the waitress Yuri Palma had made these extra charges on my card. I only asked never accused. By their reaction it’s almost as this is what possibly going on in that restaurant. I am reporting this business to the BBB. They can not be trusted. If I could give a zero star I would. I just went to this place for the first time. I order a ceviche and a beer while I wait. I wanted to use the restroom when abruptly I was told by the hostess that I couldn't without any explanation, no sorry, no apologies. So I had to ask why. He then said because there was no water. So if I would've been with my family and they wanted to use the restroom then what? What made me upset is that he just didn't apologize. I honestly felt discriminated against. And I regret that I didn't went and check for my self despite What he told me just in case. Also the ceviche was not all that great and in my opinion the portion is too small for the price.
