After realizing my phone was not in working condition, I went to T-Mobile my cell phone provider. T-Mobile doesn’t offer screen fixing services and recommended I go to Fixacell. Being as though it was after 7 PM I was prepared for the shop to be closed or no longer taking customers. Upon arrival I was greeted with a very welcoming energy and a “how can I help you?” After explaining the extent of the damage, the worker let me know what was wrong with my phone and explained how it could be fixed. The fixing process would take 20 minutes, I was asked if I would wait in store to which I said yes. Me, waiting in the store, turned into a very fulfilling conversation with the owner and me being a very satisfied customer. The owner of the shop was more than courteous. I had the screen on my phone go out. I went to another place first to see about getting it fixed. After hearing the price. I searched out a different place. I came upon FIXACELL. I called and Agent answered the phone assured me that he could help me get my phone fixed in a jiffy. Which was very important to me because I had some things to do and I could only get them done through my phone because of certain phone numbers and pass codes that are on my phone. I text him with a question and as busy as he is, he promptly responded and I told him that I really appreciated him getting back to me and he kept me in the loop on the process of fixing my phone.
