Full dry clean service for men's and women's wardrobe; shoe and handbag storage. Service was solicited by Insurance Company after our residence suffered major water damage due to a busted pipe. On August 31, 2022, our items were delivered back to our home via your company. The team was led by Project Manager Josh Citron. First, let me address the professionalism, courtesy, integrity and appearance of the team. It was absolutely outstanding! There were so many items that needed to be brought back into our home including couches, mattress and box spring as well as all of our clothing, draperies, dining room chairs, shoes and handbags. To me it seemed like a huge undertaking but the team made it look effortless. They were so personable and friendly and made the task look effortless, which it wasn't. Their main objective was to make sure I was at ease with all of these items coming into the house all at once and made a point of placing the items exactly where they belonged to eliminate my moving them in other areas of the house. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest I would give them a 20. Secondly, let me address the dry cleaning, cataloging and preservation of the items mentioned above. This service was absolutely amazing! Every piece of clothing was impeccably cleaned, pressed and stored in individual bags. Absolutely fabulous! Every pair of shoes, (which there were a number of) we're perfectly wrapped in tissue paper and were packed with such care. Same goes for all of my handbags. Our house was literally destroyed from a furnace incident that left it looking like the inside of a chimney with soot damaging absolutely everything. Renewal of Greater New York City (RGNYC) took everything with fabric: fine furniture (all purchased from NYC showrooms) all clothes, coats, shoes, handbags, curtains, pillows, mattresses, sheets, table linens…I could go on and on. I had no hope for their return looking as good as what it all looked like prior to this incident. However, miraculously most of it came back looking perfect. Those items which didn’t meet their cleaning metric were labelled “unusable” and returned to us. They were in contact with our insurance company to document these items. They held our belongings for quite some time as our house was in no shape for its return. When I needed clothes for winter I simply called, (their customer service personnel were terrific) and they gathered it up, delivered it to where we were staying hanging in a cleaners bags with tissue paper, and confirmed time of delivery. The same was true when I needed summer clothing. When we finally were able to move back into our home they had labeled which room all items were originally gathered from and placed those items back in the proper rooms. Furniture went back into place; clothes went into their designated closets. My table linens looked beautiful and were pressed and hanging….even the many cloth napkins. Getting our home back in shape took 2 years. And of all the steps which were needed our needs from RGNYC had no hiccups. They had a can-do attitude from day 1 and my husband and I were grateful for everything...

The fire in the condo building I live in happened in the early morning hours of February 13, 2021. For my specific unit, I sustained mainly smoke damage. My clothing had the smell of fire on it so they recommended me having my clothing that I was keeping professionally cleaned.

I also cleaned my favorite collectible stuffed animals including Lambchop, and many Snoopy’s and some other stuffed creatures. All my stuffed creatures were cleaned above and beyond my expectations. And the smell of smoke was no longer on them which is what I was worried about the most.

They also cleaned and restored the year books I wanted to save along with other mementoes that I wanted to clean. Everything was cleaned very well. No smoke smell on any of my yearbooks. They also cleaned some beautiful pictures I had hanging on the wall, they also came out excellent.

My clothing and shoes that they cleaned were better than when I first bought them.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service they provided. And all contactless to ensure safety of one and all.

When speaking with the staff, specifically Joanne, I always felt like I was treated with care and compression. She went above her normal responsibilities to ensure that I was taken care of in a timely manner, with the utmost care, concern and sensitivity of my situation.
