We came here for a playdate with our MOPS (mothers of pre-schoolers) group. If you have a group of 20+ you qualify for a 50% discount on the entry fee, or if you have a group of 10+ then it's a 30% discount.
Our group qualified for the 30% discount but it was still expensive for our family to play with a few friends for 2-hours. I made my children wear socks, but when we arrived they said they had to wear special "non-slip" socks (and we had regular [slippery?] socks). So we had to buy multiple pairs of their special "non-slip" socks for $2 each which was essentially the price of our discount.
I really wish our MOPS group had better informed us about this place. If I had known more I wouldn't have taken my kids. I think it's more economic to buy a membership at a local museum instead of playing here (they do have a membership program here as well but it seems to be more like a monthly subscription). But overall my kids had fun playing here and they got a lot of energy out. I did ask them how this place compares to other indoor play places they've experienced (Tikki Island at the Loveland Aquarium, Jump Around Utah, Museum of Natural Curiosity at Thanksgiving Point, Discovery Gateway, and Classic Fun Center in Sandy) and they all said they enjoyed it but prefer any of the other places.
So my bottom line opinion is: this may be a great option for parents of 1 or 2 children to get a monthly subscription membership (the sign said you could cancel anytime). Would be especially good for work from home parents to log onto the free WiFi and work in the lobby (there are benches and tables to sit at) while their children play in a safe, enclosed space and can be monitored via the TVs in the lobby while the...

There is a toddler area with a ball pit and only one entry to keep them contained 𤪠The rest of the playground has cameras in each area with TVās showing the live feed at the front so you can keep track of where the kids are. There are also tables and chairs up front for parents.
I played in the playground with my kids and didnāt have to hunch over or ever feel like I was too big to be in there with the kids (Iām 5ā6).
There were hand sanitizer stations all around and adults were required to wear masks.
The only con was that it is so easy to lose track of your kids for a minute because the playground is so big!! I felt like they move so fast, you could hardly see them on one screen before they were out of sight and on another. So, the screens are good in theory, but better for checking in rather than fully keeping track. But-there is a gate you have to though to get from the playground to the front area, so no matter where they areāthey are somewhere in the playground!! There were several sad kids who lost their parents/siblings and couldnāt find their way out. I helped them, but I donāt know what Kidstopia does in those situations. Ideally a parent would notice/help, but š¤·š¼āāļø
It was seriously a blast and I was very impressed. Definitely would recommend for some indoor,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe've visited this location several times over the last couple of years. It's definitely one of the largest indoor playgrounds in the state. My kids have a blast and love the freedom to run, jump and climb. Unfortunately it's starting to go downhill in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. The top side of the playground is covered in dust. Lots of balls and trash littered too. The "Party Rooms" are looking more and more haggard. Room C is nice because it's an actual room and you can shut the door and quiet the din, but the walls are patchy and it looks kinda grungy. So at least bring extra decorations. The benches and tables they have you rent for parties are flimsy and definitely need a deep steam clean/scrub. They have a single air purifier tower in the place, and not a lot of ventilation. They recommend people wear masks inside (according to their tv menu screens inside). The women's bathroom trashes are always overflowing whenever we visit. And it reeks of dirty diapers. They have a trashcan by the changing table but the lid was broken off. The staff do their best, there's typically only two employees and they're usually busy at the front desk. Sometimes they'll walk around the playground and pickup socks and balls. I'm hoping the business owners see this and consider doing a deep clean and a round of TLC on the facility so it continues looking nice and comfortable. And maybe add another part time position so someone can stay on top of cleaning and monitoring...
