Starlink Installation Pros — Attraction in Bluffdale

Had an appointment to get starling installed by this company. They showed up with the wrong equipment and did not check for service availability in our area on that day. Not only did they bring the wrong equipment, but we could not get service. We have since been able to get service, but cannot seem to get them back out with the right equipment so we can actually have it installed and use it. Since the installation was paid for, they do not answer calls, do not return messages, did not order the right equipment or show up. Totally useless and terrible customer service. Would not recommend or use again!!

Follow up: customer service reached out to us yesterday, promising a call to schedule before end of day. They did not call. Chasing them down...

What a difference in experience compared to the first time we got our Starlink installed. A different company left wires everywhere on the interior and exterior and damaged my fascia. These guys came in and moved the system into the best position for line of sight and did a professional job! We are now pulling 260 mbps download speed! Communication was great throughout the whole process and the person on the phone is very knowledgeable...

Avoid This Company – They Are a Scam

I had the exact same experience as others have described. After making an online inquiry, they called immediately. However, once I paid ~ $1,000 for installation fees, I never heard from them again. This company appears to be fraudulent. I strongly recommend avoiding them and not using...
