Well cared for and maintained. Beautiful Lake, tables shaded by trees, Bar-B-Q pits provided, and fire pits available. Read moreI’ve been coming to this park for years! Still the same as before when boerne was less populated! Lol Parking is limited on the concrete otherwise you park on the side of the streets. The road is one way! The have a little museum area that has been there for years! Not sure how you can schedule for a tour, and if you can! The boerne pool is located on the property as well which you can buy day passes for, but you’d have to get online for hours and details. There are nice well kept tennis courts! This park is very clean and pet friendly. There is a kids playground, and public restroom near the play area. Basketball hoops in the parking area as well. Lastly, the last part you’d need to see it the Cibolo Nature Center! Especially if you like to walk around in nature! Great area which is a great area for kids, and pets...
Read moreIt was really fun going with my family to enjoy a quiet nature filled meal outdoors! There is so much for your eyes to take in especially seeing it for the first time. Thr scenary and the huge creek will not disappoint you. If you love walking trails they have many different paths to walk on. The park has paved paths if you don't feel like walking on terrains but personally i do. When you walk on one of the paths you walk by the tall grass as high as your body! Just imagine the scene from jurassic park with the raptors hiding and ready to pounce! One of the other neat highlights is they have a look out tower. It is pretty neat and its all made up of would carving. Best park yet and it was even crowded on mothers day when i went with my momma and family!...
