Its rather small, at least compared to the ones I had when living downtown in a large city. Nonetheless its a nice place. It seems to house a variety of uses. Meeting rooms, childrens play area (and many many childrens books!), computers, copying machines, and toy check outs. Not quite a silent, studious place. The book selection is rather small, with big emphasis on Christianity, American history, and cookbooks. Great topics all, but the library could be a lot more diverse. In short, I would suggest it to anyone with children, and if you are not depending on finding a specific...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with how this library manages its "quiet study" rooms. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning unless they take these issues seriously and make real...
Read moreWe love going to the Bon Air library for books! They have a GREAT kids section, with lots of options for board books. More than most of the other libraries in the area. My 15 month old daughter loves to explore all the toys and interesting learning tools they have out. They only reason I give 4 stars is because the storytime for babies is terrible. The older woman that was leading it doesn't seem to recognize what mobile babies are developmentally capable of, expecting them to sit quietly. Won't be returning to the storytime, but will continue to frequent the rest of the library for...
